How Do I Log In?

To gain accesss to Prime Financial Credit Union's Online Account Access, as a new account member or first time user, you must first complete the Multi-Factor Authentication security update. To begin the security update or for assistance Click here

Please note the PIN number for Online Account Access is not the same as the PIN number for your ATM or Debit Card. If you do not know your PIN number or have not been given a PIN number, please review our list of frequently asked questions by clicking here or call us at 486.4500 or 800.835.9680.

Online Bill Payment Overview

Bill Pay amount can not exceed $9,999.99.
Overdraft protection and member privilege do not apply to Bill Pay.
Funds will be removed from your account after 4:00 PM CST Sunday thru Thursday. See Bill Pay Payments Dates .
If you schedule your payments for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the funds will be removed Sunday after 4:00 PM CST.
Schedule your bills 7-10 business days prior to their due dates to avoid late fees.
There must be available funds in the account on the bill payment schedule date.
If the funds are not available the system will make THREE ATTEMPTS to pay before the item will be considered NSF.
Only bills paid within the U.S. through the U.S. Postal System will be allowed.
Bills mailed to a bad address that are returned will result in a $5.00 fee.
