ATM Cards

These are plastic cards that can be used in an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) to withdraw money and transact other business. What can be performed depends on the capability of the particular ATM machine. Prime Financial allows eight free withdrawals per month using the card. Deposits and transfers are unlimited. In Wisconsin the ATM network is known as TYME (Take Your Money Everywhere). Prime Financial's ATM cards are part of the National MAC, Star, Tyme, and Cirrus Networks, so cash may be withdrawn at any ATM that displays these logos.

The Prime Financial Debit Card has all the capabilities of an ATM card and looks similar. But the debit card works like a check. You can present your debit card for payment at most businesses and your funds will be withdrawn directly from your checking account for the items purchased – there is no bill at the end of the month!

To report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card during business hours, please call our local number 1-414-486-4500 or our out-of-state number 1-800-835-9680. For after hours, weekends and holidays, please call 1-800-523-4175.
